Shipping within Lagos
We deliver all Lagos orders through local logistics. All orders within Lagos attracts a flat rate of N2000
Delivery of Custom Made pieces takes 5-7 working days from payment date.
Delivery of Ready-to-wear pieces takes 1-2 working days from payment date.
Shipping to other parts of Nigeria
Orders outside Lagos are shipped and charged based on the weight of the item using “Sendboxng” and are fully trackable.
Delivery of Custom Made pieces takes 7-10 working days from payment date.
Delivery of Ready-to-wear pieces takes 3-5 working days from payment date.
Shipping Outside Nigeria
Orders outside Nigeria are shipped and charged based on the weight of the item using “Sendboxng” and are fully trackable.
Delivery of Custom Made pieces takes 10-14 working days from payment date.
Delivery of Ready-to-wear pieces takes 7-10 working days from payment date.
As all orders are currently shipped from Nigeria and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, within 3 days of receipt that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return.
Simply email us for the return address at [email protected] with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. .
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] You can also send your item to: No 42, Bolaji Banwo, Aguda, Surulere, Nigeria.
Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds, however, We will issue you a purchase credit once we’ve received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards purchasing another item.
