Account & order information: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, the items you buy and the measurements you share for bespoke commissions.

Technical information: anonymised analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location).

We do not store your full payment card details — these are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

To fulfil orders, take measurements, communicate about your purchase and provide aftercare.

To improve the site, our collection and our service — never to profile you for third-party advertising.
